Yeah, I wouldn't consider Katsuhira continuing to try and include Sonozaki an attempt at manipulating her for answers... But I wouldn't call it an attempt at romance at this stage either. ^^' That first scene in episode 4 was him finally realizing that the girl he's been seeing in his dreams is Sonozaki. Coupled with their first conversation... where she spoke about everyone wanting to connect with someone... it's definitely sparked an interest. And Katsuhira's not used to being interested in others, so it's a pretty big deal for him. (Poor Chidori.)
