Just wondering if you’ll be watching season 2 part 1, I know you said you didn’t want to watch incomplete seasons but this isn’t incomplete, it’s split up the same way attack on Titan does seasons so you can still watch without being left hanging. It’s basically just 2 12 episode seasons coming out in succession not a split up

Yup, we had already discussed this, and I decided since the season was split, I would be watching the completed portions right after season 1. :-)

after looking through my old volumes I realized they've cut a few scenes out of the anime adaptation and re-arranged the order of some others, like before Youm reaches the forest in the manga we find out that him and his group are made up of prisoners who were chosen because they're disposable, they actually fight the spider for a while in the manga losing pretty bad to it till Gobta shows up and saves them, also you get to see Youm spend a little time interacting with the villagers and changing his mind before deciding to accept Rimuru's offer. also Vesta apologizes to Kaijin and they've become good friends working together, he also invents magic teleporter squares set up around the nation to make it easier for people to travel, and Rimuru begins inventing sweets in this world, not just a sweet, but the entire food category of sweets, Shuna, Shion, and Milim join together to find sugar to make sure this happens lol, I'll try and post more things missing from the manga when I see them. Here's a little background info as well, Fuse, the name of the guild leader with the black and white hair and a scar, is also the alias the author of the series uses for writing.
