I think Robin being kidnapped again is a Red Herring. I do however have a theory that it was hinted in this episode someone else would be. This all just me speculating at this point.

You finally get to see a bit more of the encounter that made everyone presume Jack was dead. It was a pretty silly idea to think he could go up against both Sengoku and Fujitora.
