Raphtalia really did run Myne through. But of course being the Princess of a Kingdom and a member of the Spear Hero's party on top of that. It wouldn't surprise me if somebody had a healing potion in her within in minutes. Also I'm pretty sure Raphtalia wasn't aiming for her vitals. So it didn't insta-kill her though she'd have every right to given all the shit she's put Naofumi and his party through.
