This was such a great pick-me-up, thank you! It is always so cool to hear their take on everything, even if it rips my heart out seeing L die again hahaha. Yes, I get what you mean about them not being super anime nerdy. I know L's voice actor is mainly a stage and on-camera actor, I don't think he did a lot of anime! Same for Rem's voice actress. Loved this!

I think they didn't mean the Netflix adaptation, but the japanese live action one. sure it comes nowhere near the series, but it isn't completley bad.
