Fuko's story is one of the saddest in Clannad, but compared to what After Story does to you....well, let's just say I'm a soulless sack of hammers when it comes to sad scenes in anime lol. In all my years of being an anime fan, I've only ever cried twice. Once in episode 10 of Violet Evergarden (the little girl with the sick mom) and the ending of After Story. You have to hit really hard to get me to shed a tear, but this is one of the only two shows that's done it, so...good luck to you, my friend, you're going to need it.
