A little something about smiles. The difference between a smile and a grin is the difference between a dog kissing your hand and biting off a few fingers. Caesar was all about those smiles, even going so far as to name his pet "Smiley". Doflamingo is all about the grins. And as you've already seen, he's infinitely more threatening than the smiling clown.

So at that point Ceasar unknowingly just doomed himself. As doffy said if she blew up the lab only Caesar would have lived, but he killed his only way out. What cruel fate karma is lol.

Imo Doflamingo is the best villain ever made. Not gonna go into details why I think so, but everything about him is just as close to perfection as you can come.

Oh, I didnt necessarily mean he's "flying" birdstyle but one way or another he has abilities that lets him achieve the same effect of travelling through the air.
