I don't know how you can like this show lad. It's not bad persay but homelander just sours it and ruins it for me. I just have pure unadulterated hate for him and the other 5 fucks. But I gotta give credit to the actor playing homelander. To make many people hate his guts so bad means that he's doing a good job acting

I will mention that homelander is likely right that he couldnt save the plane. If he pushed outside then he would push with the same amount of power as he uses to fly on a fairly small part of the plane. So he would either do no good or fly through the plane. He was wrong about the idea that having something to stand on would help in any way. Now he is clearly a douche, but neither he nor superman could actually do this... depending on the superman. Now if he was a good person he would save some people, as many as he could.

Superman has saved many planes before lad. Superman would NEVER let a plane full of innocent people die if there was something he could do. Hell even batman who is just a normal human wouldn't let this happen. Homelander just gave up without even trying. He was overwhelmed with the situation and simply said "fuck it I'm out" and bailed. The difference between him and superman is that superman is a TRUE superhero that values human life while homelander is an egotistical jerk with superman esq powers. Sorry for the rant lad but I just can't take it when people say he couldn't save the plane

Yea so from what I have heard in the comic this scene plays out pretty much the same, except Homelander screams at the passengers so loud he shatters all their eardrums but what makes it worse in the comics is that the plane that he fails to save is the one that ends up plowing into the world trade centre.

Yeah, they say one bad apple can spoil the barrel. Homelander is definitely the character to hate most in this series, but at least for me he is nowhere near 'Bitch' (from Shield Hero) and I still watched that series (granted she had less screen time than Homelander here, but still)

It's sad the more this show goes the more u just feel bad for the deep
