When you stop to think about it, there's something kind of Lovecraftian about this whole situation. Harhuhi is literally the centre of the universe, which she could unintentionally destroy and not even be aware of the fact. Sort of like Azathoth in the Cthulhu mythos, a Blind Idiot God. One has to commend both Koizumi and Kyon for not losing their minds at the revelation. That their universe could very well come to the end just because Harhuhi has a bad day. That kind of existential dread is no joke. Also Kyon is voiced by Crispin Freeman. You would have seen heard him as Alucard in Hellsing Ultimate and Itachi in Naruto.

I love the atmosphere of this show so much! This is such a nice way to revisit it years later. I think its been over a decade since I'd seen it lol
