Maybe it's just me, but there's something terrifying about combining Senku's super-mind with a gun... A genius with a Glock definitely isn't high on the list of people I'd like to be in a shootout at high noon against!

The best part about Senku is that he doesn't let sentimentality make him irrational like many other protagonists and characters in general. Tsukasa is a serious threat to his life, so he has no problem becoming a serious threat to Tsukasa's life in response. He doesn't want to hurt or kill people, but he'll do it if he has to.

Indeed, young Japanese Senku is not downtrodden with the classic meekness and squeamishness that all the nerdy lab coats in the 60's-80's American action films, where the roided out, 4 brain-celled super soldier has to save the day with his freedom cannon chambered in 5.56.
