I thought that it was first used in Kenny's fight with Ichigo. It is always used in Kenny's fights but it does get used in some of Aizen's important fights.

I know u have said ur memory is rough sometimes. So as a reminder the Espada all have a sword released state which is basically their version of Bankai. I’m sure u have that down by now since I’m really far behind on episodes but I still wanted to give the heads up.
