I guess he's the Espada's Burter. Y'know "I'm the fastest!" but is clearly and obviously outclassed. That makes me wonder which ones would be their Guldo, Jeice, and Recoome. Hmm... now that I think about it Aaroniero should be their Guldo. Both of their cockiness got them killed quickly and they were both the de facto weakest members of their groups. We just needed Rukia to throw a dog biscuit at Aaroniero and the circle would be complete. That just leaves the arroncar's Recoome and Jeice...

Mayuri is the Mad Scientist type, his experiments may not even make sense. He will research anything and everything that interests him, unlike School Teacher, who is more focused. Mayuri essentially made a Luitenant level Zanpakuto, Nemu, who can actually emit more power than a Bankai.
