Watching Orihime go about her business in the final hours before her abduction hit me in the feels harder than I imagined it would!

Some guy named Chris

Yeah, the final scene had the same feel as Hinata finally telling Naruto right before “sacrificing” herself. And yes, you know Ichigo isn’t taking this, and he’ll come for her. Like he did Rukia.

V_VMat

If Orihime had the ability to pass through any physical object, why didn't she pass through that guy she bumped into?

Noah

Or why dont she fall through the ground? And when would it stop being considered falling and start being considered rising, when she hits the center of the earth?

Miklar Sihn

As they made clear, you are not the only one who keeps forgetting about Tatsuki

SpazBoysComedy

She's really interesting to me... It just feels like she's going to eventually play a big role in all this.

Tbh the fights here don't have the wit of the earlier and even some later naruto fights and I don't really care about the power ups they get them too fast imo. I don't even love the plot. That said I love this anime because the cast of the characters might be more important to me than my family... I'm joking.. sort of

GoldArthur

Orihime went to Ichigo, not just because she loves him, but, because, like everyone else, she sees Ichigo as someone that can protect her from anything. On the inside, she desperately wanted to ask for his help.

Yeah Grimmjow was my favorite espada for awhile then one day Ulquiorra surpassed him. Just barely though, probably cuz i hate the color blue.

Apologies to those who continue past this point this could go on for awhile and I won't be using punctuation or proper grammar so ye have been forewarned just gonna get everything off my chest I actually always liked orihime so this episode hurts and is fucked up when you think about it she can only say bye to one person and if they realize it she s breaking the rules that's not even a proper goodbye then as cool as green eyes is that s a dick move and also I don't think it's stated enough but I think yuzu and karin despite limited screentime are my favorite pair of imoutos in anime they love their big brother so much and speaking of forgetting tatsuki the anime doesn't really do a good job of showing it but she's probably ichigos oldest friend he knew her from back when they were kids practicing martial arts and I think she was orihimes 1st friend after her brother died so the fact that she's been left in the dark is pretty messed up but just a crazy reminder our main crew are just teenagers and yet so much depends on them yet people forget how crazy that time of life is hormones are literally changing your body and lastly but most importantly fuck Aizen

I personally think it was surprisingly nice of Ulquiorra to allow Orihime to get her affairs in order before taking her away. Something he was under no obligation to do. Obviously he is still kidnapping her at the request of Clark Kent, but he very easily could have just taken her and been done with it rather than giving her twelve hours to do whatever she needed to do.

Good thing the pass through objects ability didn't operate on the same logic as Mirio's quirk in MHA, or she'd have sunk into the ground. Then again, if it did it would also include the clothes, so... damnit it doesn't operate on Mirio logic!

I hate to break it to you, but green is blue and yellow combined. Just learned that recently

Miklar Sihn

Bleach still has a few really good fights. But the best part of the series is definitely the soul society arc and the part until that part.

Miasimon

"I like Ulquiorra, better" I mean, how can you not? Especially after this episode. I wonder if he'd still be "evil" if he wasn't following Superman's (I'm calling him that, and nobody can stop me) orders.

The scene at the end reminded me of that scene between Keiko and Yusuke's corpse at the beginning of Yu Yu Hakusho.

astherphoenixxx96

I know the last scene with the notebook is meant to be sentimental etc I can't stop visualising the death note whenever I see it

I didnt like Orihime until this episode........ Yet this is one of those episodes so well done as someone that still only thinks of her physical assess as her best ones, and ISN'T a fan on the usual moe that she is an IDOL of...... I will still get emotional just thinking of that goodbye scene.
