I always liked Orihime's thoughts about the rain, romantic way to look at it. And yeah the whole thing with ichigo's mom is sad. At least Kon is there to brighten things up lol Rukia seems to be in trouble! (I know what happens guys, I talk like this on every series I've seen, so that I don't accidentally give away anything that hasn't happened yet)

Rain and its symbolism in bleach is very important, it's pretty obvious why, personally I think Ichigo's mums deaths is one of the sadder backstories of the big 3 shonen series, because not only does it have a big impact on Ichigo and his life but the rest of his family, as they've said in the anime already because of it Yuzu began to take on all the responsibilities around the house and Karin stopped crying, plus more you'll learn later.

It's funny, Orihime's thirst for Ichigo is a striking parallel with Hinata, made all the more noticeable by them sharing the same english voice actress.
