Yeah no worries about the OVAs, you don't really need to watch them at a specific time but they're definitely worth a watch at some point

Another thing to take note of is that the Sasquatch apparently has control over the Titans. They appear to obey his commands which is terrifying.

For the OVA the 3 most important ones are IIse's notebook and No Regrets part 1 and 2, which were side chapters in the manga. No Regrets contains Levi's backstory and explains why Levi is the way the way he is. I would say watching them before season 3 would probably be the best time to watch them.
