That "no killing" thing was a reference to rurouni kenshin. Interestingly enough that was the series I watched just before assassination classroom and is one of my favorites (despite the creator of kenshin being a scumbag pedo) I dont know if you got that one since you havent reacted to it

I think they meant that the way the blonde dude was speaking earlier was a new thing he was trying out, not the his actual voice.
