The whole reason Griffith went to see her Was to get over guts knowingly it probably wasn’t the best time , that’s why he thinks about guts afterwards , now look where his rash decision got him

Griffith thought he lost his best and pretty much only real friend and just went to a combo of pleasure and moving his plan forward. Meanwhile, the reason it happened was because of his own words about what it takes to be his friend, words we now know he never really meant, just thought he did.

Yeah I always thought his words to the princess were just for show yknow as part of his ambition I think if be knew guts had been listening he wouldn't have said what he did or he would've let guts know that he truly was his only friend I mean he completely loses his cool here

This is pretty early to make that suggestion but I'll do it anyway since there's only 6 episodes left. Since the end of the anime is incomplete would it be possible for you to react to the 3rd Golden Age arc movie once this is done ? There's many scenes that were skipped in the anime and it gives you a ''true'' ending. Of course you could just react to the end of the movie but I think it'd be great if you just reacted to the whole thing! It's definitely worth it and can be done in one shot.

Technically Griffith did board the rape train. As during the medieval period an accusation of rape could only be laid by a woman's husband, father or whatever male relative held guardianship over her. So basically any relationship outside of marriage. That any of the former didn't approve of could be brought to court as rape. Given that there was a whole company of guards waiting for him. It's obvious that the King does not approve of the relationship between Griffith and his daughter.

Thought I should mention Curtis, this is the first time we see a inner monologue From Griffith, you really feel what he's intentions are, and how he thinks, before this point he's really a mysterious character imo

I really like Corkus in this episode. Through the whole show he's kinda been a joke character without any realy depth. Here however, we really see into why he dislikes Guts so much and a lot of what he says about him is really true, at least while they're talking in the bar.

Corkus is just the every day man. Hes not a great man. Hes an average man. To him griffith raised him from a lowly bandit to a noble which would be completely unthinkable under any other circumstance. He cant understand whats going on in the head of great men like Guts and Griffith. He cant understand why Guts wouldnt be satisfied when any other ordinary man should be grateful. But Guts isnt an average guy. I think its interesting to see what corkus really thinks. How the average man would react to someone like guts or griffith.
