Matt, NOOOoOOOooo!!! I really like Matt :( Ps: Matt (the guy that got shot down) is actually another kid from the Wammys house. The 3rd in line or 3rd smartest one after Near and Mello. Poor Matt :( We saw him a bit more in the manga and they mentioned some things in the guidebook. Too be fair, a few years prior, in the world they learned about, the way the world was, there was no way civillians could openly gun down people. But now with Kira being as big as he is, Matt (and Mello) miscalculated and poor Matt and Mello both went out. Mello was kind off a dick though but not poor Matt😭

This right here is a prime example of why Mellow should've had a girl working with him on this kidnapping. (Besides the one in the SPK). A woman would've been able to check to make sure Takada wasn't hiding anything.

Knowing how the death note can work, I think mello should have known better. Prolly realised it too late while his heart stopped beating. Poor guy
