I missed it the first few times. Bu now Im quite certain of what just happened there. Misa said something that made Takeda aware that she wasnt aware of Light being Kira when she was flaunting how she was his true partner. Giving Takeda the confirmation needed that he doesnt hold Misa that close since she doesnt even know about who he really is and what he's really doing. That's my take at least

That was the fake notebook. It's why he sent a photo (and I imagine a name) to Kiyomi with his cellphone before he wrote in the notebook. This is all part of Light's plan. Near is just a step behind, as usual.

Some things you kinda just miss the first time watching a series. Near just honing in on Mikami because he mentioned Kira in a positive light (heh) is a bit of an asspull that rubs me the wrong way. Same with the Task Force not using video when it comes to a supernatural notebook that kills people just by writing their name in it. I really love this show, but I feel like the creator lost his passion for it after L died.
