Gold is pretty dense, so according to some calculations (https://www.reddit.com/r/OnePiece/comments/33v1eu/how_much_did_the_gold_ball_weigh/), Luffy was carrying around more than 250000kg, or around 600000lbs. It's a wonder he didn't sink into the ground with each step :P

The Golden Ball is often referred to in Japanese as Golden Orb, English doesn't have a real context difference, but every time Luffy Refers to the Orb, he's using the word for orb that's frequently and more commonly used for testicles. So a more any time Luffy says he's going to hit Eneru with the Golden Orb, what the Japanese mind hears is something akin to "I'm going to slap him with this golden testicle."
