The "air" that hangs over this anime is intense and creepy! This is one of the most unique "zombie apocalypse" type stories I've ever seen! Thanks to Ivan for sponsoring this for us!

It sucks that teachers and students aren't allowed to have more friendly relations due to the actions of a few sick people. Some of my best mentors in life were– and continue to be– teachers.

God I love this shows and your reaction. I also love this episode in particular its says so much without saying anything with Yuki slowing starting to lose her mind and Kurumi killing her crush it also shows you that Miki the silver haired girl wasn't with them at first so there that. I also like how much Megumi is love mt her students you don't really see that kind of love for teacher well I never saw it. Overall it gets a lot better and some more tense moments for you hope you enjoy.

I guess this Sakura isn’t as useless, huh?

Yeah teacher-student bonding even platonically as friends. Is largely frowned upon in Japanese society. Schools are seen as a place to apply the pressure that turns coal (in this case the students) into the diamonds that becomes the Japanese workforce. (A consequence of this style of thinking is the Japanese suicide rate being sky-high. Due to the lifelong pressure associated with doing well in school, which just continues when they join the workforce). This is why the Vice-Principal tried to discourage Sakura-sensei from becoming friendly with her students. And why she insists on sensei (honorific for Teacher or Doctor), whenever they call her Megu-nee. (Nee being an honorific for an older sister).

there are way more to it then just some sickos. As someone who's in Uni to be a teacher there are many studies as to why we must maintain a certain distance from our students. We can still be friendly, but mustn't become friends

whule not as hard as Japan. Most schools for teachers demand that future teachers know how to keep a certain distance
