You already saw ”the monkey” extend his fingers like tentacles and choke the birds. Both of then van manipulate their bodies, the bigger one can manipulate muscles and the smaller one can do other stuff.

Curtis, your wrong. Younger Toguro isn’t using steroids, he IS steroids. Also the voice actor for the ugly crime boss is the same voice as Dragon Ball/Z’s Funimation English voice for Oolong.

The "monkey" of the brothers, Elder Toguro, actually showed some of his abilities when he stretched out his fingers to catch and crush the Disney birds.
