You misspelled, he is clearly Butpirate, as in Butler Pirate. Both because that describes him well and the usual people called Buttpirates do not need to be insulted by that comparison.

Fun fact during the flash back with the pirates from three years ago, that marine that Kuro left alive, broke his jaw and allowed to claim his “bounty” was Ax-Hand Morgan from the third episode. The fame he got from that bounty was one of his steps toward being a Navy captain

So, thas marine from the flashbak was actually Captain Morgan, that marine asshole with the metal jaw

So, it's kinda hard to tell but that marine whose jaw Kuro broke and Jango then brainwashed, was actually Captain Morgan from that first arc with Zoro. He probably got promoted to his new position of Captain after "catching" that fake Kuro.

I try not to spoil anything but I just want you to know if you think Kuro is a piece of shit, then you’re in for a surprise. He’s the tip of the iceberg as to what to come. There’s villains here to who’ll you despise on Kabuto & Shou Tucker levels. And some of those villains will be coming very soon. Including the next 2 arcs, which are some of my favorites in this show. So in short try not to pop a blood vessel.
