One of the many cool things about this tournament is seeing members of Universe 7 having one another's backs! This whole thing with Roshi and Vegeta was awesome! Sad to see the Ol' Turtle Hermit drop out, but damn, he more than carried his weight!

Nurufufufu Curtis in all honesty I'm surprised master roshi lasted that long but more that he actually took it seriously even against the female competitors and it also felt good to see him back in action after a long while. The old turtle hermit still got it even after all this time.

I actually REALLY liked frost in this episode. It finally showed one of the villains coming up with an elaborate plan to defeat someone rather than just brute forcing it.

with the evil containment wave, The stronger the target is, the harder it is to control them, & the more risk u take of missing the bottle your containing them in.

Roshi was awesome in this tournament. Love how even Beerus refers to him as "Master Roshi" after the work he puts in.

Maybe you missed it but Beerus remembered his name its probably the biggest praise one can ask for.

Now back in the day when Roshi did the Mafuba (evil containment wave) it'd usually take alot out of him (well actually it'd kill him, matter of fact the only time we see him do it outside of Super was against Demon King Piccolo... he died using it against him.) Now one might say that it didn't kill him cause the victim of the technique had to be really strong however seeing as Roshi died using it against Piccolo means that when he used it on Vegeta he should have already collapsed and died since Base Vegeta is definitely stronger than Demon King Piccolo all the way back then.

We can only assume that Roshi has been continuously improving himself on the sidelines so that now he can withstand using the technique multiple times.
