Probably in my to 5 favourite super episodes

I love the fact that Roshi exclusively used techniques from the original DB in this tournament.

Daniel Turner

Power levels were questionable this ep but good fight anyway.

The Gimpster 101

This episode was filled with throw backs to the old days of Dragon Ball, I loved it

Miklar Sihn

I kinda think it might be a great choice to fight to the death in this tournament.

Mighty Snake

Not really because there are people like freeza who would be happy to kill everyone or just blow up the ring ruining most of the good potential fights

Freddy Jimenez

One of my favorite episodes of the whole show. When you go back to watch the original Dragonball you will see how wonderful Roshi is. If Goku Actually knew all of his techniques which I’m pretty sure even in Dragonball they haven’t revealed all of them he wouldn’t even need a new transformation.

Miklar Sihn

I am talking as a person. If you are doing badly and don¨'t have a real possibility of winning. You would want to fight in a way that makes it likely you die, just so you can take out your enemy with you. Especially as part of our main team as you have the dragonballs.

PKKite

Roster / MVP update. With this Roshi is in the Top 4 in kill count. https://dbzpro.000webhostapp.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/ne2zfr4et9iz.png

Considering how the whole point of the tournament is to decide who does not get erased than i don't think Killing would matter too much.

Anonymous

They would help but he still would have needed to power up eventually. Otherwise we would have sent roshi in every time to beat the big bad because of his techniques.

Miklar Sihn

Oh killing matters a lot. Especially if it is done to you. Anyone who kills someone gets disqualified. Meaning, if you can get your opponent to murder you then you take the enemy powerful enough to defeat you out at the same time.

Freddy Jimenez

Well considering what he does or later on “ no spoilers” he could have beaten Zamasu xD

One of the best episodes, roshi is a true badass. Curtis, roshi is old, pervert, bald and can kick ass, i think you found a match.

Chrome

can you belive we're down to half the contestants now, there really was a bit of a gap between when the first 2 universes lost and then the rest of them

Watching this episode all I can think is that whilst Roshi is fighting these tough opponents and almost dying, Goku is tied up by a slime tentacle monster. Why does Goku get to have all the fun?

Koala Banana

Great episode and great reaction.

Why though, if your gonna be erased in the end then it doesn't matter if you kill since at the end of the day your all gonna be erased which is worst. Also seeing as using it to disqualify your opponent never happens its sorta there just to create tension but that's it.

Now you can learn to count to 8 in Japanese

Now that we have reached this episode it's interesting to ask and discuss, did Roshi die or not? It seems like hee did. Only after goku did some unexplained and never mentioned again god power infusion is when Roshi woke up. So, did he die and the god power revive him? Or was he just knocked out and the god power gave him a boost of energy?

My favorite thing about this episode is that it is "THE greatest, most powerful Kamehameha!" Not that it's really more powerful than one of Goku or Gohan's, but since he is the creator of the technique, then HIS most powerful one is THE most powerful one. I love that language used.

Sarkkoth

These fights were a real treat for fans of the original dragonball. You got to see all of Roshi's old moves that hadn't been seen in forever.
