They didn't show any blood and cuts on Selim because he is a child, they didn't wanna show outright violence against children in the show. I bet if they didn't care, he'd have a few cuts he'd need to heal from those claws.

That's interesting... I would get that if he were - within the context of the story - actually a kid, but it's kinda odd that they were squeamish about that when he's actually a monster. :-)

The anime didn't handle that part with Miles and Grumman very well. What we heard was actually what Miles was assuming, not what Grumman was actually thinking. Grumman wouldn't betray Mustang since he is actually Hawkeye's maternal Grandfather.

Honestly General Grummun's fears are well founded considering who they're going up against. When you try to violently seize control of a country you need to make absolutely sure that the man in charge is dead. That's why the July Plot to kill Hitler failed is because they acted before they knew for sure that he was dead.

I don't know why but I got serious naruto vibes from greed and ling switching places like that. As someone who has never watched this series I must say the set up is quite amazing.
