Chrollo acutally wasnt trying to kill them he was fighting them to try to steal their abilites only, so he didnt fight them with the intent to kill them. As he said to Zeno if he were to fight him 1v1 who wouldve won... and Zeno said if you were taking it seriously and trying to kill us you wouldve won.

It wasn't clear if Chrollo would of won or not by Zeno's comment, he just meant if Chrollo took it seriously it 'could' end differently he didnt outwardly state he would lose to him.

Are you going to watch the original FMA someday ? Also Nanatsu no taizai - aka Seven deadly sins is also pretty good anime that I would rlyrlyrlyrly love to see here ;)

The Troupe are top tier thieves. Not only did they Con the entire underworld into thinking they're dead. They also bilked said underworld out of Billions of dollars with an auction of fakes. Which allows them to either fence the stolen goods or keep them for themselves. Personally I'd believe the latter since they've never really seemed to show interest in money. It was a brilliant crime, 'nuff said.

Okay Curtis, some info here since it seemed like you didn't pull the strings yourself: The dead doubles of the Troupe was fakes that Korotopi (the Troupe-member who could created fake artifacts) created. The lenses that Kurapika used was to conceal his eyes when they turn scarlet on a regular basis, since it would be a bother to have his scarlet eyes revealed to the rest of the world (since clearly they are a wanted artifact), the reason Hisoka was dissapointed was because he wanted to tell Kurapika that the Troupe wasn't dead, but since Kurapika was talking to Gon he wasn't available.
