Btw if you didn't notice, when Ed performed transmutation, he had to sacrifice some souls. And at that point when one head of Envy's body was deconstructing - it said "thank you" for relieving the soul from being permanently attached to Envy. Something that I didn't catch myself when I was watching this.

Fun fact: Ed forcing open the gate after being pulled through it wasn't in the original manga. He said all that before the gate closed. On one hand, I understand that the original portrays the Truth as something that can't be defied so easily (even if only briefly), but the way the anime did it sure makes for a hell of an epic moment.

I just noticed the word adonai on the portal of truth, that's the Hebrew shorthand for god. Pretty interesting.

Hello Curtis, I think it'd be great if you devoted a bit more time at the end of the episodes to give us your thoughts/impressions on what happened. Sometimes there are huge events that you completely skip in your mini review (can barely call that a review lol) for example last episode you didn't say a word about Envy killing the little girl and I'm sure you had stuff to say about that. I'm not only interested in watching you react to the footage but also am interested in knowing your overall thoughts on the entire episode (even 3-4 minutes would be great). In the end, no matter what you do I'll keep supporting you, keep up the great reactions!!

The reason there’s not much to say at the end is because I say whatever I’m thinking as it happens. With my porous memory, that’s the only way I can be sure I’ll talk about everything I want... I could extend the endings, but it would be largely to reiterate everything I just said during the episode. 😊
