I just want to let you know ahead of time after you finish highschool dxd born which is season 3 you should watch the highschool dxd born ova since it contains a character that already appeared in the show acting completely different later on in the story in highschool dxd hero. Then after that watch episode 0 of highschool dxd hero since, its there to fix one of the many things born messed up when adapting vol.5 - vol.7 of the lightnovel. Pretty much just retconning the last 3 episodes of born. When you get to season 4 your going to feel like a lot happened that you don't know about and the reason is because season 3 cut out a lot of the material from vol.5 - vol-7, also changed major plot points in the series. So if you want you can check out the light novel for what you missed, since season 4 will act as every thing that happened in the light novel did happen, basically meaning it will ignore season 3 or I can tell you all the major events that took place and what really happened in the story even the things that got changed so you won't be confused when the 4th season starts, which will be adapting vol.9-vol.10. These are my favorite reactions out of the 3 series you’re watching. I love that you love the fan service it makes me lmao, it gives me the same entertainment I had when you used to react to random videos back in the day. Definitely glad you’re watching a Harem series we needed it.

I can't even describe how much fun I'm having watching this series, Pal! These characters - particularly Issei and Koneko - are absolutely hilarious! I have a smile on my face as soon as I open up Funimation to watch these every day. :-)

Xenovia (the new girl who is really into baby-making) presents a few problems for me. On the one hand she's one of my favourite characters so far. On the other hand she's kind of poorly written (which kind of pisses off my inner writer). I feel she came over to the Devil side way too quickly for an exorcist that's just found out that in the words of Ozzy Osbourne "God is Dead." In another series this would've taken two or three episodes to resolve. In this she switches sides in the very same episode she has that realization. The baby-making thing while awesome and entertaining also came way out of left-field for the character. Overall I'm happy that she's joined the cast I just had to get that off my chest.

It has a bit more explanation about her conversion and etc in the source novels, in books if I recall, it is heavily implied that she spent at least a whole night discussing things with Rias or something, and the side change was like 12+ hours after battle ended. So that, seeing the asses she was dealing with, and how much nicer Rias et al were to her, makes it a lot better than a brief glance would imply. I do agree that the show rushed through it a bit though.
