Okay, you’re being locked up for a year (you know what you did)! You have a DVD player (low tech prison) and you can have the entire collection of just one show (TV show, anime; whatever) to watch for your entertainment… What’s it gonna be? 😊

Comments

King

One Piece. I know I already watched it multiple times, but, hey, it's One Piece

V_VMat

Doctor Who

Yunru

Stargate SG-1. Hinthint

emerald💖octopus

One Piece lol I know it will continue to entertain me with new content passed that 1 year..........unless it suddenly takes a 6 month hiatus 👀 That's a hard question though lol

SmartGamer 1923

Shit. They found my por….. I mean they saw my bank records. My bank records is what I meant. As for a series I’ll do either the Type Moon Fate Franchise (FSN, FZ, UBW, FA, etc) or Saint Seiya

hampsterducktape

Monogatari series, for sure! Over 100 episodes, three movies, and several different watch orders. Can't get versatility like that anywhere else.

Aidan

Believe it or not it might be Pokemon

Brother E

Honestly I would choose WWE/WWF Start all the way from the Territory era in 70s and then just let it ride out until I get it as far as possible. That’s a whole lot of content and don’t have to worry on repeating anything.

Lachlan Ferrand

I will take my home videos from my spycams in your house Curtis :). Honestly would probably be hunter x Hunter fore watched it so much and still get emotional at the big moments

Willie Playz

Game of Thrones. I have had the first four or give seasons on repeat for years

White Lightning

That's like 3 One Piece episodes a day if u don't skip filler. But for me I'd pick Suits from Netflix.

Vincent

Big Bang Theory!

J

Probably Stranger Things and I don't even know why

Morbid333

Do Anthology series count? Because I've been meaning to do a watch through of Gundam.

Derek Jones

Trailer Park Boys

Raven Yhelka

That's a hard question, I think i would have to give it to Modern Family. Been binge watching recently, and i've nearly laughed myself to death a few times 🤣🤣🤣

Jacob Bess

Parks and recreation probably

JohanLT

South Park just because of how timeless the humor is

GlobalTossPot

So many good series to choose from it’s near impossible to choose but hell; The Sopranos’ is one of my favorites. Not a single bad season and it’s so rewatch able

Peter Milligan

All of dragon ball for me cos I've never seen it but have been meaning to for a while now. I've read og dragon ball which was fun, but I've been deliberating over whether I should read or watch dbz.

Nachodragon

That 70's show. Been awhile since it finished so it'd be worth going back in

Tacosareneat

Hmmm... You gotta pick something long if it's going to a whole year. probably one piece. It incorporates multiple genres so you're not going to get bored, and although one piece isn't my favorite, Imo it's the best anime that has over 1000 episodes. You'll be able to watch about 3 episodes every day for that entire year before you finish it lol.

Tacosareneat

I recommend watching 🙏🏼 if you watch it, I highly recommend researching which cut you're watching. There's like 3 different releases of the Funimation dub of DBZ alone, and the first Funimation dub of DBZ is honestly pretty rough at times. It's understandable since it was the company's first ever project, It just definitely shows lol. The remastered dub with the Bruce faulconer score is legendary.

SCP REDACTED

The Simpsons. According to IMDB it currently has 776 episodes. I bet I haven't seen 80% of those episodes either.

Florian Krause

probably South park, since I only watched seperate episodes, and never the whole thing.

Chrome

Star Trek DS9, fantastic series, and there's more than enough episodes to last a year, it has a good mix of long story arcs and standalone episodes so it won't get repetitive, and because it's not an anime I don't need to worry about sub vs dub, so it works well as something in the background so you don't go stir-crazy.

Rigid Rat

Do I go Hunter x Hunter because it's so bingable and rewatchable or do I go with Pokemon because of the virtually endless amount of content? Decisions, decisions

TCE

Deadwood

Matthew MacKinnon

i think youd wanna go with something longer, id wanna say breaking bad/better call saul, or ATLA, but i think going with either naruto or one piece would be the most logical option

Miasimon

I'd want something either long as hell, or something I wouldn't mind rewatching a few times. So, either: Futurama, Scrubs, Pokemon or One Piece.

Cap

E.R. , Martin, or In Living Color

AceOfSerberit

Hunter x Hunter, or One Piece HxH was a big hyper fixation for me, so looping the episodes would work well. But OP does have a lot more content

heemthebean

American Dad!!!

Miklar Sihn

I would be stuck between choosing Futurama, Farscape, Star Trek TNG and Star Trek DS9. They are all rewatchable and long... Well, a dark horse is One Piece, i have been meaning to get back into it. I stopped just before Wano and it has more than enough length.

Zeemor

The Simpsons since I haven't watched most of it and thus am unlikely to get bored by repeated episodes

Temperistic

I'm gonna have to go with Bosch. Pretty sure it's only on Amazon but man the acting is superb for a crime show.

Devil Owner

Everybody Loves Raymond🤘

Brandon Nowakowski

Uncle Jimbo's Step-by-Step Process to Breaking Out of Prison.

Jack Queen

fringe. tv series

Nicholas Tamas

This is an odd one, but Little House on the Prairie. I genuinely enjoy the quaint feel, Laura is hilarious, and it can get pretty dark for a 'family show' - way more people die than you'd expect going in.

Kniffmaster

Endless loop of Teletubbies! Sanity is overrated.

Ryan Herman

Clicked fully expecting to say Sunny. Buuuut comments have made me change my answer to Pokemon

Barro

Futurama or the first 12 seasons of the Simpsons.

Barro

Pokemon is a solid answer for how long the series is.
