The Gimpster 101

Both Nyanners and Nina/Matara have been through their own versions of hell, Nyanners with the creepy part of 4chan and Matara with the high levels of work that NijiSanji puts on their VTubers. Nyanners managed to pull through and become her own weird self with her weird boyfriend (no offence intended) and Matara with other former Niji members have stated that the VShojo managers and staff are WAY more helpful than Niji. While it wasn’t stated here when she was still known as Nina Kosaka she was told by her fans that they were being harassed by other Niji fanbases and they didn’t feel safe enough to come out and say that they were fans of Nina. After Nina had moved to VShojo and became Matara she stated that it was a big reason as to why she left, she was unable to grow a dedicated fanbase of her own because the Niji fanbase would harass hers. In the end both of them have grown in noticeable ways, to give a quote to them from a meme “I lived bitch”.
