The whole "visualizing training" thing actually does have roots in reality, just not to the same degree. Research was done where they took three groups of basketball players. Group 1 practiced as normal. Group 2 thought about practicing, visualizing what they would do. Group 3 did nothing. While Group 1 improved the most, Group 2 did also show signs of improvement, while Group 3 did not improve at all.

I mean, whoever the repair contractor for this place is is probably loving it, if they get paid by the job/hour with all the walls/floors/doors that keep getting busted.
