It really felt like Ufotable was saving all their budget and effort to put into this one episode, as honestly the rest of the season felt a bit meh (at least compared to previous seasons) but this episode let them really go all out on the effects and hype. They are doing 3 movies to cover the next arc, that might finish up this series or maybe they might do a final season after the movies, we'll see. But that means it will most likely be at least another 3 years to finish this series. Speaking of 3 movies, Ufotable has made Fate/Stay Night: Heaven's feel, which is a trilogy of movies adapting the last Fate route (you already saw Unlimited Blade Works). Since you are watching movies now I highly recommend that, it's definitely one of the best works in terms of both story and animation.

Now it's literally ALL of the Demon Slayers vs Muzan and his army of demons in the infinity castle. However none of them can beat him, only one though. That one? The sun lad. Only the sun can defeat him. So our Demon Slayers have to find out a way to get out of the infinity castle, while fighting an endless horde of demons in their domain, that changes at any given time mind you, fight the last Three upper rank demons left that are worse than the ones we faced, avenge their master's death, find each other, and battle the unkillable Muzan Kibutsuji until the sun comes out, also making sure he stays in that spot, and burn his ass. I am ready for next season. After all of the training, character buildups, the fight against Muzan, The Infinity Castle and Rengoku's words of encouragement at the end of the episode got me excited for it. Looks like Inosuke gonna have the time of his life and Z-Man is ready to Kill with his eyes open this time.
