This episode is another thing that was praised about how they depicted something, first was about how they portrayed how Idols were handled throughout different Eras and second is how Lily told “her” story. I think there’s only a handful of moments in anime that portray legitimate Trans people in a non-offensive way and that doesn’t shove the story in your face, that story was just about Lily.
