Jinwoo played some brilliant strategy in outwitting the suit, but what exactly is this whole "job-change" thing?!

Job change? sounds boring, probably just filling out paperwork or something, right? right?

JIn Woo learned the stealth skill from killing the Hunter Association assassin with stealth from last episode. Implying that if Jin Woo were to kill a hunter with a unique skill, he will gain their skill. The system is subtly incentivizing Jin Woo to target hunters as a means of gaining power. With the system taking away bits of Jin Woo's emotions as he levels & an S rank opponent in the potential future it'll be interesting to see how far Jin Woo will go in order to gain more power

Its interesting that the quest is specifically called "Job change", being a few episodes ahead im sure you've already got an idea of what it entails (if you haven't finished the season already), but i think it might be a hint towards what the system is like and possibily what it wants from Jinwoo. And yea, i felt a bit bad for the scounting dude, man wasn't even malicious or a scammer, he just did what his job was to do and he got a death threat and a ripoff. Thankfully, Sung isn't so far gone he'll kill people left and right over things like this, and he established himself as someone who won't be walked over

That deal with the recruiter essentially went as such. *ahem* Recruiter: We want C dungeons. Jinwoo: 3 for 900k. Recruiter: Make it 600k. Jinwoo: Deal. Recruiter: Yes! Jinwoo: Btw we aren't buying out all the other dungeons. Recruiter: Fuck! Jinwoo: Here's me digits. Text me never. Recruiter: Yes!

This encounter with Ahn Sangmin does show that Jinwoo has the skills to handle and adversary who isn't on the battlefield. I like this one. Jinwoo really handled the situation dominatingly. He has his cool confidence that he's been developing to show he's not desperate and that he's in control. When it comes to Sangmin discovering Jinwoo's secret, he mixes diplomacy with subtle intimidation. He shows Sangmin that he could kill him at any time. Then he offers to sell him some gates that Yoojin Construction has a hold of for the good of Sangmin's business. The carrot and stick approach. Of course, later on, Sangmin discovers he got scammed, and that's just icing. Other than that, we got the job-change quest. I see you're looking forward to it; it won't disappoint. We're headed for a knock-down drag-out amazing finisher for the season!
