As a Lab Technician myself, I am so glad that I've never had to use the eye wash station... My reaction probably wouldn't be too far off Andys lol.

I think Pam was justified in her little outburst. For me, it's not so much the fact that Jim took the work call, it was the way he just cut her off mid sentence to hop on the phone. I'd have felt a little disrespected by that myself. The least he could have done was let her finish first and excuse himself; unless it was an emergency, you can always let it ring a few times or even call back right after. But yes, the Jim and Pam stuff is tough to watch, but I do believe they are on the path to an even stronger relationship. The end is near!
