oh nice, we finally meet Thalia and Ra's Al Ghul, since a lot of your Batman experience comes from the Adam West series you probably don't know them, but they're pretty big characters in Batman. Ra's Al Ghul's name is Arabic for Head of the Demon. I'll let you know this because it's not spoilers for Batman TAS, Talia in the comics, and most modern games and shows is actually the mother of Damian Wayne, Batman's son (she apparently drugged Bruce and well... yeah, Damian was born in secret), Damian is... arrogant and kind of annoying, but he grows on you, I've liked some stories with him, you won't meet him in Batman TAS though, he's not part of this continuity, his first comic appearance was in 2006, Batman actually has 2 children, in the comics from what I know, Damian (who becomes a Robin) from Talia, and Helena (The Huntress) from Selena Kyle.
