How to: Fix blurred windscreens on some mod cars (Patreon)

If anyone is having issues with blurred windscreens on any cars in game (including mods from other modders). You can 'disable' the 'TEMPORAL ANTI-ALIASING' in the ExtraFX settings in Content Manager as a fix.
