Hope all is okay but to be honest, I think you need to either refund us for this month or make next month free. I do not mean to sound rude at all, please don’t think that. But at this point we are paying for nothing, and that is a bit frustrating. I get that you may be busy at the moment with everything but if thats the case, you have the ability to pause payments if you are not able to provide the content that we are so graciously paying you for. Hello, I'm requesting a full refund as you are not able to deliver video rewards as described in the tier. You do have the option to pause payments but somehow you felt it is ok to just take the money for free. This is my first attempt to resolve the issue before I report your account to patreon customer relations department where they will happily refund me the full payment and put your account on hold for review or deactivated. I will give you 2 days to respond. Thank you still a fan for now just treat your fans with fairness and not take advantage.
