As long as host touches the material or stay 5 meters away from material the ark can extract the things on its own and repair on its own.

The time required for collection of materials depends on how close the host is to the material.

Also host can enter the repaired location of the ark but can only stay 1 hour on the ark per day.

Every day before sleeping Vicky would try this process to improve his mind power.

When the survivors reach apocalypse land apocalypse system is activated and mental power or spirit power has become very important thing.

While returning boss Oba wanted Vicky to rest for 3 days.

So Vicky asked boss Oba to send him to Sri Lanka to visit that place.

Vicky made a simple shed around the place and the solar panels out to start the motor to pump the water out of the ground.

Then he collected from the big water tank that he wanted to fill into the bedroom water storage space.

Vicky first filled the water in the ark space water tank first then he filled the big tanks to store the water after that.

The water Vicky stored right now can be useful for him for over 200 years even if he spent it lavishly.

If he controlled himself it can last even longer than 500 years.

All of this is drinkable water.

Vicky also filled the washing water space in the ark bed room with this fresh water.

He did not have any interest in wasting space.

This was all done in secret as motor did not make much sound and the surrounding area is deserted with walls constructed in his area.

The most important thing in the apocalypse land is actually water.

Most water in the apocalypse land is contaminated to some extent.

There is rarely any fresh water.

If there is any fresh water then it was all monopolized by big power.

Well in the apocalypse land anything can happen from meteorite falling to sudden freezing of the place.

So, Vicky’s first priority is to collect enough fresh water to last for a long time.

As for the electricity it was even easier for Vicky.

The ark space would give out a plug and he has to plug it in a socket.

The ark would take the power from the socket and fill up the storage of electricity.

The process is slow but Vicky can complete it in the future slowly.

With that done Vicky moved to the second step.

That is collecting food.

Chapter 8: hoarding supplies part-1

Vicky wanted to have prepared and packed food any way there is stagnant time to keep the things fresh.

He likes to eat outside but not always.

Vicky is a better cook than most.

So he decided to cook food for himself in large quantities and then pack it up to store.

This process is also a form of exercise.

Vicky did not leave the delicacies from the restaurants outside.

He would order them in large quantities in the name of work order and store them after receiving them.

Other than that Vicky still collected storable food in large quantities with alternate identities.

He already booked a warehouse in the city and changes to a new one every month.

This is not the only place he did the same to which ever place he went with boss Oba.

Vicky was very diligent with his work which satisfied boss Oba.

So he increased Vicky’s salary.

The contact that Vicky had with Nisha and other has reduced significantly.

But Vicky still talked to these people politely.

Whenever Vicky got time and arrives at a new place he would use his money to buy all the delicacies in big orders and the order continues during his stay at that place.

Other than that Vicky bought the fast food and easy to cook products along with self heating products.

In the water tanks that he filled half of them were hot water that was heated using solar energy water heater while he is storing things.

This can be used at many places.

The remaining half of it is cold water.

He took time to place some frozen ice slabs in the water containers.

Also he has few big containers filled with ice cubes that he made during his free time in the last month after the time stagnation started.

The water filling is also done after the time stagnation function was activated in the storages spaces of ark space.

Vicky found that some countries he visited have free service at the gas stations.

So he took the chance to go to the gas station in disguise.

First knock out the people inside and then turn off the security cameras.

Since it was generally used gas station there not many people guarding only three people inside the store.

Vicky was exercising for a long time and dealing with three average men is very easy for him.

With the surveillance off it was even easier to take things.

After that he collected the petrol, diesel and other fuels available into fuels storage are of the ark space and also the prepared barrels.

Torch lights, glow sticks, solar lamps, batteries of various kinds, car batteries, solar panels, converters, battery cycles, travelling equipment….

Vicky even ordered many sets of dresses of high quality from the factories straight in bulk quantities when he visited those countries.

Winter, summer, military, jungle, full body tight fit clothes, underwear and many other clothes…….

Vicky ordered all of this under a fake company that he registered with money.

Vicky already put solar panels at his home to get extra electricity.

He told the people outside that this was arranged by his house owner.

Vicky used these solar panels to store electricity in ark space.

While he went out he would collect electricity from all the places.

Because Vicky has no equipment that can use this level of electricity most people would think that this was caused by wiring fault.

Whenever there is someone Vicky would take back the plug of the ark space so that no one would suspect anything.

He also bought a good number of solar panel equipment and he bought some vertical air conditioners that produce very low sound.

Along with that Vicky also renovated his apartment that fits the needs of extreme temperature.

There are three important things.

First is the sound proofing in the bed room,

Second are the strong meshes that would keep the insects outside,

Third is the entire house was renovated in a way that would keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter,

It is especially for the bed room that was sealed completely.

During the renovation Vicky went to stay at the warehouse that he booked and received the ordered materials.

Vicky is actually cooking in the warehouse with big utensils like he is cooking for some marriage.

Each meal cooled can be easily sufficient for 500 people.

Vicky stored the thing after cooking in disposable boxes.

Also there is a freezer in the warehouse.

Vicky would make some sweets and other things that can be served in cold in the fridge and cool it to the appropriate temperature.

Then he would pack them and place them at their designated location.

Everything he did was systematic in nature.

As long as he found the space is around 1 square kilometer in area and 4000 cubic kilometers in volume, he has already divided the area into many sections.

There is place for water, fuels, sealed food, clothes, necessities, cold food, cooked food and many more.

Everything was divided.

There are already plants in the planting area………

Chapter 9: hoarding supplies part-2

There are already plants in the planting area and the warehouse is filled with seeds of all kinds.

Vicky also collected large amount of herbs and refining materials that is prescribed in the book of library of the ark.

The library in the ark has formed few books.

They are related to some fighting techniques, materials identification, and few simple recipes for refining medicine.

All of these things appeared after many books in old libraries were taken by the ark space.

It seems like the ark space refined the knowledge and presented the essence.

There is also a book on software, runes and mental energy increasing techniques.

Vicky previous trained the mental energy to move the things inside the ark space.

After 5 months of training he was able to make a small pit in the planting area and plant a seed without going inside by himself.

For the next 6 months Vicky did these things continuously.

He completed the things in an orderly manner.

During these 6 months Vicky visited many places and the strange incidents of things vanishing like when his ark collected materials was discovered throughout the world.

Because of this Vicky would not be doubted and believed that this was done by aliens.

Vicky knows that it was most probably done by other key holders just like him.

Vicky also looted many weapons and bullets.

He got a chance once to get bullet proof vests.

He packed the entire set silently.

Another time boss Oba took Vicky to a special science and weapons expo to meet with a client.

This happened last month.

Here Vicky found some interesting things.

Ultra thin scratch and stab proof clothing,

Ultra thin constant temperature clothing and

New ultra thin bullet proofing material was in display,

Also new gas masks that is resistant to many kinds of poison gas and body suits that can withstand nuclear radiation,

Small cylinder that has solidified oxygen for free underwater travels,

Night vision goggles and target locking scopes……….

Vicky’s eyes lit up looking at so many things.

While boss Oba is speaking to the client in secret, Vicky was told to look around.

Vicky accepted the word of boss Oba and immediately left respectfully.

Boss Oba nodded his head happily at the obedience of his employee.

Vicky went to all the booths to enquire about the materials.

They said that these materials are here for display and small amounts of them are available for the people that want to sample it.

But the cost of materials is so high that Vicky cannot afford them.

So he found the warehouse where these materials are secured.

There is tight security and surveillance.

It is hard to get these materials but Vicky had his ways.

For an hour he observed the situation and then found the circuit of the surveillance cameras to turn them off.

Before the emergency power was turned on, Vicky started to make his move.

Then he made a fire alarm by throwing few smoke and blasting grenades at blind spots and no people around.

With that the place immediately plunged into panic.

Vicky took the chance to sneak towards the warehouse where the security is with a mask and over coat.

The security at the warehouse door cannot see what is happening as the place is covered by thick smoke.

Vicky appeared like a silent cat and knocked them out quickly with his techniques honed after long time of exercise.

Then he entered the warehouse using the card for the manager that organized this event.

It was stolen before when the people are in panic.

Vicky went inside and directly shot at the cameras in surveillance.

After that he stole all the goods without a care if they are useful to him or not.

In the room he never thought that he would see a disaster escape pod that can fit 7 people inside.

He immediately took it and stored it.

Then he left the room under the cover of smoke.

In a blind spot he removed his disguise and hid at a corner.

All of this only took him 4 minutes.

At that moment cops and other guards arrived at the spot.

Just like Vicky many people are hiding around the corners from the fear of getting attacked.

Vicky hid at a place from where he was standing previously.

Also when he broke the circuit he did it from the blind spot.

When the guards arrived they escorted the people out of this place and detained all the people that are in the expo hall.

They would search the people first before letting them out because there are things stolen from the warehouse of the expo.

Boss Oba was also in the detained group.

Vicky went to him and stood by his side.

After the check Vicky and his boss were sent out without any problem.

Vicky and boss Oba left back to Mumbai quickly.

Well they went there with fake identities.

So even if there is a problem they would not be implicated.

After coming back Vicky brought decided to use various cloth that he brought back to make an inner wear for himself.

The cloth here is enough for 20 people to make a full body dress.

All kinds of cloth are used in layers to form a single inner wear.

Vicky is not a professional in making clothes.

But he can ask a professional to tailor it for him.

He only wants two sets and the remaining cloth would be saved for later use.

In the mean time he would think of a way to learn tailoring work or get a machine to make clothes for him.

Of course he would not leave any piece of this cloth with the tailor.

Vicky approached a tailor that he knows from a long time and got a set of clothes for him.

Vicky told the tailor that it is related to his boss and some secret special cloth.

It should not be told to others………..

Chapter 10: hoarding supplies part-3

The time for the apocalypse is getting close.

Vicky started to make his preparations and made the final checks on the things.

All that is left is to steal the granaries in some cities.

Vicky plan to steal the granaries early.

This is because after he steals the granaries then the officials would fill in the granaries again by the time the end of the world starts.

Other than that Vicky is planning to tour around the rural areas to collect the best vegetables and fruits during this time.

During the past 7 months after the stagnant time started Vicky started to collect sealed food like chocolate, biscuits, rare spices, special ingredients.

Freshly cleaned meat of chicken, duck, geese, pork.....

This was all stored separately in packages.

Then when he visited other places Vicky stole some big markets of their cold storages.

They contain loads of vegetables, meat, ice creams, beverages………..

This is not all that Vicky stole.

Vicky would visit the famous brands of alcohol, tobacco, tea………

Then he stole the entire goods from their storages silently.

Then when Vicky visited US he made sure to find the canned food storage facilities and went to steal them all.

Because there is too much material people always has this imagination that they need a truck to steal these things.

So the total security for this kind of things is only surveillance cameras and a few security guards.

For Vicky this was an easy job to take care of these people and the surveillance.

If it is a banks, or some secret recipe records of big companies then there are high security locks.

But for the current situation there is not much locking that Vicky cannot pick.

So, all these things were stolen by Vicky in the nights of his journey around the world.

While he is back at Mumbai he would put big orders to purchase the goods that he was unable to get before at other places.

Also Vicky stole some off road vehicles and RV during his trip to some famous cities that has vehicles expo like they did every year.

All these vehicles are equipped with high end technology and all the special parts including spares were prepared for the show.

Vicky stole everything and stored on one side of the warehouse.

He also cooked and filled all the containers of his favorite foods and there are many packages of delicacies that he ordered before.

He collected herbs and many old wines stored at big places in secret.

He also got loads of common medicine and other rare medicine in storage.

It can for a long time if needed and can be traded later for other things.

All these things were stored carefully.

Vicky also collected camping materials including fire wood and charcoal in large quantities.

This happened in the past 7 months.

Now there is only one month before the apocalypse starts.

The granaries and cold storages that were emptied once before are already full again.

Vicky wants to go for another round to fill up all the supplies that he used up for cooking various foods.

Also Vicky collected fresh milk that was collected and used it to make curd, butter, ghee.

Then he used the ghee to make sweets and other varieties of food that he liked.

Ghee is good for health compared to many oils and is good for digestion.

Also it is high quality food on the same level as chocolate.

Vicky collected dry fruits and are stored.

Because he worked at the bottom level for many years Vicky knows the black smith that would make very sharp butchering knives.

Vicky bought them saying that his friend is going to open a butchering store.

This month Vicky was still followed boss Oba.

Their destination is once again to purchase the goods from the big country.

This time Vicky came here and saw that the weapons were all stocked again.

“These big peace loving countries are full of weapon.

They promote peace with weapons.

How ironic…sigh…”

Vicky thought in his heart and went to check the guns.

Vicky came here few times before and the people left him to check weapons as usual.

But this time Vicky did not do anything out of order or use his space to collect the materials.

All these things were stored at various places.

Vicky found that through the small trackers that he put inside a magazine of the guns.

It will not activate immediately but activates after a week.

Vicky knows the location where these guns are stored.

So in this month Vicky would raid them along with the granaries.

Also he went to buy vegetables, spices, fruits and many more surrounding cities and rural areas.

Vicky still did this in between the work with boss Oba.

This month passed quickly with his 1 square kilometer warehouse completely full.

Also Vicky visited botanical gardens and found the plants mentioned in the materials identification book.

So Vicky took all the plants and planted them in his planting area of the ark.

The process is smooth as there are many people in this cold time of the year.

Most of them thought that Vicky is working staff of the botanical garden.

Vicky did not forget to take the trees and saplings of fruit, rare flowers, vegetables….

Specifically Vicky took the coco trees that were extinct in the apocalypse land.

This is not the only one some special varieties are also missing.

Vicky collected them all.

All these were replanted in the planting area.
