Anck-su-namun really has love for Imhotep but it was not obsessive love yet.

If she were to spend some quality time with Imhotep then at the final test of trust she would not have run away.

Imhotep stopped the people from the cult to fight back.

Candy came to Vicky to speak under the astonished eyes of the people without any fear about Imhotep standing beside him.

“I am going to take Ardeth…”

Candy said to Vicky and Vicky simply nodded his head.

Well he cannot take Ardeth with him as because Ardeth was pharaoh’s guard and would not side with Imhotep.

By nature Ardeth and Rick cannot stand on the same side of Imhotep in this fantasy world.

At least till the second part is complete this is the case.

So after the brief talk candy left with Rick and Ardeth.

Then Imhotep along with his cult members and Vicky’s small group set out to move to Egypt again.

Imhotep is no longer an immortal as he was before.

So even after Imhotep was taken out to the real world, he will not be an immortal.

Chapter 224: reached the golden pyramid

They got on the train while candy took the people to find the air ship.

The gold here should be taken without leaving anything including the big diamond on the top of the pyramid.

This task was left for Imhotep to check which of these can be taken.

Also after Vicky entered the pyramid the bracelet got off of his hand.

Vicky don’t want the army of Anubis to be activated right to fight those Medjai out there.

So he put the amulet back inside its box and gave it to Evelyn to hold on to it………..

Chapter 225: scorpion king is dead

So he put the amulet back inside its box and gave it to Evelyn to hold on to it.

Imhotep checked all the places and found which of the gold here can be taken.

Vicky took out a storage card and started to run around the place collecting all the gold and artifacts here.

In one hour he stored everything inside the storage card.

The players that should have followed Imhotep are not here yet because they separated right when they were attacked by the pygmy mummies.

So they are not here yet.

The golden pyramid looked less golden now.

Well Vicky doesn’t care that.

What he cared is the gold that can be taken and he has already collected everything that can be taken.

The amount of gold and artifacts that he got can be comparable to the treasure from the city of dead.

After that Vicky and Imhotep entered into the pyramid along with the predetermined path from Imhotep.

Vicky has already warned him to not to go towards the area the scorpion king should be resting.

There is a trap of Anubis there.

The rest of the group followed along Vicky and Imhotep.

When they arrived at the location where the trap of Anubis acts, Vicky warned Imhotep again.

This would reduce the power of Imhotep to that of the mortal level.

Vicky passed by easily without any problem.

But when Imhotep passed by there is a strong black fog that came to get his power.

Then a miracle happened.

That is Vicky’s 15 percent critical hit triggered in defense against the dark fog that wanted to take the power of Imhotep.

Then a light shot from Vicky into the dark fog and 50 percent of the power of Imhotep that was stolen has returned back to him.

But the loss is still a loss.

Imhotep lost at least 50 percent of his power.

Well something is better than nothing.

Imhotep is still grateful for Vicky for helping at the critical moment.

Imhotep was told to control the fire around to distract the scorpion king with his power.

Vicky wanted to have the achievement of killing the scorpion king and this will help him increase his future benefits at the end results.

Vicky timed it perfectly and directly plunged the spear of Osiris into the heart of the scorpion king.

Then he spoke give me the control of the army of Anubis.

With that the scorpion king died and both Vicky and Imhotep were blasted to the side.

Both Vicky and Imhotep were caught by the legs by those souls of the underworld.

Because of the contact with the souls of the underworld Imhotep was unable to use his powers.

The pyramid started to shake vigorously just like that in the movie.

Evelyn immediately ran to Vicky to pull him out.

Right at that moment Anck-su-namun remembered the question that Vicky asked before.

“Are you willing to die for Imhotep?”

She did not hesitate and ran towards Imhotep and pull him out just like Evelyn.

When they are pulled out of there, they started to run out of the pyramid to the top of the pyramid.

Anck-su-namun has passed the test of love and now she is truly in love with Imhotep.

Vicky was able to store the bracelet of Anubis, spear of Osiris, the two books and the key into his personal storage space now.

So he did not hesitate and directly stored them.

When they reached the top Imhotep used his power to turn into sand tornado and pulled the group out of this place to a safe place.

When they got to the safe place they noticed an air ship that was almost in shambles barely flying out of the disaster area.

With Vicky’s eyes he saw candy with haggard hair looking towards him with that eyes that almost spraying fire on him.

Well Vicky did not care about that.

He specifically put some gold out in his personal storage.

This will be given to her so that they can move out of this place back to Cairo city.

Izzy was not paid so he would definitely accept the gold that Vicky gives to take them for a ride.

With Vicky’s persuasion they got a ride and moved along to Cairo.

Well most of the players that came here died in the final destructive event of the pyramid.

The players that stayed out of the oasis have survived the disaster.

Candy pestered Vicky for a long time before Vicky gave her some gold statues to cool her off.

She wanted to see Vicky using the bracelet to summon the Anubis warriors.

Vicky gave the bracelet to Imhotep and told him that this was his from now one and he can use the bracelet of Anubis to protect his ark island and ship in the future.
