I think copy cat guy has the best and worst power ever like you can copy anyones power all he has to do is touch them(which is probably why he’s an ass he’s trying to get people to hit him so they can touch him) but yeah no experience using the power but then again I don’t think anyone else would have the experience of their quirk being used against them but either way I still think he has an awesome quirk
