 It's been quite sometime since I've done something to ease a panic or anxiety attack.  My approach to these is to calm you using asmr and soothing background sounds but in a way that's a little more intimate than what you might hear on the Breathe or Calm apps. I love those apps but feel sometimes the approach is a little cold and over polished.  Hopefully you feel the difference!  😘🙏
