A few of my patrons on my SweetWhispers page have been sharing that they feel very overwhelmed and stressed out on the daily with life.  I wanted to create something that m ight help you learn to control those feelings and remind you they do pass!

And if you're not familiar with meditation, don't worry.  It doesn't mean you need to me sitting on a floor cushion somewhere with your legs crossed.  Just find a quiet place or lie in your bed, put your ear buds in and close your eyes.  I'll take care of the rest! 😘
