A lot of cleanup has occurred this release, so the total number of patches is down.  Though not all due to patches being upstream or removed.  For example the Progress Dialog patchset (and dependencies) when copy files, is currently disabled.

* Rebased to current wine 9.3 (473 patches are applied to wine vanilla)

* winex11.drv: Simplify XInput2 valuator lookup.

* shlwapi: Support ./ in UrlCanonicalize.
* shlwapi/tests: Add additional tests for UrlCombine and UrlCanonicalize

* Revert "explorer: Set layered style on systray icons only when it's actually layered."
* Revert "explorer: Don't activate the systray icon when showing it."
* where: Implement search with default options.
* Try to retrieve the unix name on handles created from file descriptors.
