Release 7.20 (Patreon)

• One sapi patchset is finally upstreamed which means you can now play "Axiom Verge 2". However it does requires you to install .NET to play due to missing Speech API in mono.
• We've re-enabled the remaining mfplat patches this release, helps a few games out.  Thou your mileage will vary.
