Summary since last release

* Rebased to current wine 5.16 (653 patches are applied to wine vanilla)


NOTE: Currently the esync patchset has been disabled until it can be rebased.


Upstreamed (Either directly from staging or fixed with a similar patch).

* ole32: Add a check for hglobal pointer to GetHGlobalFromStream.

* winepulse: Don't rely on pulseaudio callbacks for timing

* winepulse: fix segfault in pulse_rd_loop

* winepulse: Fix up recording

* winepulse.drv: Fix getting the same timing info.

* winepulse: Update last time on underrun

* winepulse: account for PA devices that fall way behind

* winepulse: Fix local buffer offset wrapping

* winepulse: Don't fake being one period behind in GetPosition

The patches for xactengine wont make any actually work, since the support in FAudio is currently missing.

I don't know if you guys can fix this, for the Halo: The Master Chief Collection or Postal 4 you have to change os to Win7 to have audio. Why is that so and who can fix this?

winestaging

Wine's default prefix is set to Win7, so in this environment there should be no problems. Proton which is where I believe the issue is, would be matter for Valve/Codeweavers to set the default window version for these titles.
