Shoost updated to version 0.4.0.

NDI support and support for loading GIF format images.

NDI support has been added so it can work with Vtube studio's NDI. You can capture transparently without using chromakey.

(Please note that NDI increases the load on the CPU.)


Gif import and avi, mov, and webm video formats have been added. webm is supported only with VP8 codec.

The NDI somehow doesn't work for me? I enabled it both on VTS and Shoost

When you activate NDI in shoots, go to layers and in layer (1,2 or 3) select NDI capture, there it starts to work.

I have Spout enabled in Vseeface and it works fine with OBS. However, even though I enabled Spout Capture in Shoost the transparency does not work - Shoost just captures the complete Vseeface window, menu, backgrounds and all. How would I fix this?

I have tried it here and it works correctly with transparency. Maybe you have selected Window Caputure instead of Spout Caputure? I think you can use it by selecting Spout Caputure from the Layer category after selecting the Spout Caputure checkbox from the Settigns category. Thank you for the quick reply! I got confused because the Sprout Capture option only appeared in the layer menu after the sprout capture was enabled in the settings. I was doing things in a different order and didn't see the option. Everything works fine now.

Hi Muro, thank you for this wonderful feature here, but I've noticed that NDI capture also capture my cursor somehow, and NDI output has the same size as the Shoost window. Can you set an option for disabling the cursor and customize NDI output resolution? Thank you!

Another thing is that can you make Shoost automatically save the last settings it used? It seems that all the settings are lost when I close Shoost. Some Vtuber streamer are using this feature and this will help us a lot.

And do you have any plans on exporting feature? I think it will be wonderful to have these exporting feature: 1. exporting single frame. 2. exporting video 3. exporting only human figure (with lighting from background). It will help a lot if these come true, thank you!
