Hello everyone happy beginning of May, i just wanted to know everyone's opinion on AI art feel free to post your opinion on the comments :)

Edit: this doesn't mean that I will start making ai content hahaha I personally don't find it that appealing

Yeah, the thing is - all ethical questions aside, I look at the AI art going around on DA and it just somehow doesn't feel...right. You can always tell something's stiff or inhuman about it. AI can create art, but I don't think it can create good art.

I've seen some ai art thats ok, and for someone like me that isn't very artistic I can see it as an option, but I much prefer a good artists work over any AI I've seen so far

As one-offs it's OK - but I'm seeing far too many very minor variations on a theme.

Most ai rendered images look horrible at the moment. I also really don't like how deviantart ist flodded with ai art and it gets more and more difficult to find genuine artist.

I prefer the real thing. I think you can put more symbolism and communication in your pieces than AI ever could.

Some people use it liven up faces and then blend into their 3D work. Could be interesting

I have seen good works, but i think that when it comes to devotee related art, it doesn't look that apealing, it ditches the realistic aspect to make it more appealing, but i like to believe that people support me because i care about realistic details in the images that i make

at first i thought that it would be a tool that i would use for reference but i found out that i get a clearer image when i have a 3d enviroment to play around with poses and situations

Yeah, DA its filled with more more AI art on one occasion i stumble with one who used a picture that i created for reference haha

I can see how that can be interesting, but i think that i'm not that bad at creating faces and expressions haha

I checked it and even tried it on my own PC... Almost always some kind of weird errors, because AI doesn't know what a human is. And in general, you can pinpoint AI directly, specifically for devotee images. the more keywords you add, the more the thing gets confused. So keep up the good work !

I think that my issue it's that it can replicate certain aspects that i use for my images, like the shape of legs and feet
