Counselor to Cabin Baby (Patreon)

Part 9 – Prepared VS Unprepared = It was a struggle to get Lexi to even want to move,
but finally Miss Miranda encouraged the girl to take her soaked sheets off and let her see the
extent of the damage.
“Oh yes sweetie, you really soaked these sheets bad. This was quite a large accident.”
Lexi’s face was BURNING red. She sounded like she was talking to a 5 year old, not someone
who was almost five times that age! “And from a counselor too? My god... Lexi dear, did you
have... um... this in your medical files when you enrolled for camp?”
“W-well... no, but...”
“You didn’t? That is unacceptable. Then why are you having accidents young lady?”
As the other girls in the cabin snickered Lexi glared at them covering her crotch with her
knees and arms as best she could, they she couldn’t do anything about the smell. Lexi mumbled
out, “Do they have to be here?”
Miss Miranda sighed, “No dear, frankly they don’t have to be. But since, according to
you, this was not in your medical files but it happened anyways, it has now become their
problem as well as yours when you do something that halts activities for this whole cabin.
“But I...” Lexi tried to say, but Miss Miranda continued.
“And because of your doing this, but not having it listed, the camp was not otherwise
prepped to help you with it should the need arise, like it has right now.”
“I...it... it wasn’t my fault!” Lexi said, trying to deflect the attention off of her. She
pointed at Violet, still crouched up on her bed. “Violet’s the one who brought a whole pack of
diapers with her! She probably did something! I’m sure of it!”
Miss Miranda paused for a second, “Violet, I remember that name.” The woman started
flipping through some of the files that was part of the big booklet she was carrying and finally
said, “Ah yes, here we go. Violet Jacoway. Let’s see... let’s see... ah yes here it is, see?” She
slipped her booklet around and showed Lexi a photocopy of the same file she had on Violet. In
the bottom corner were her medical conditions, and the only one listed besides asthma was
occasional bedwetting. It had been right there all along, in the file that Lexi herself had had a
copy of since day one. Miss Miranda pulled her booklet away and closed it, “Since you’re
concerned though, Violet?” She turned to the girl, the pale dark haired girl sat up a little
straighter, Brandi still on the sheets next to her.
“Yes ma’am?”
“Dear, have you been having any troubles at night? Do you need the camp to step in at all
to assist in your needs?”
Violet blushed a little bit, but shook her head, “No Miss Miranda, I’ve got it under
control. As long as I don’t drink too much before I go to bed, I usually don’t need to wear them
at all. See?” Some girls might have been embarrassed to do so, but given the circumstances
Violet seemed quite proud as she lifted her shirt slightly and lowered her pj pants slightly to
show off the waistband of what was clearly panties and not any sort of protection. Then she fixed
her clothes back into place.
Lexi looked on a little surprised. Had she really not been wearing them this whole time?
They were for just in case?
Miss Miranda turned her attention back to Lexi, “There you have it Lexi. I have to say,
I’m very disappointed. It seems one of your campers was much more responsible and much more
prepared than you seem to be.” Lexi’s face burned with anger and humiliation. She couldn’t help
herself from glancing at Violet who was absolutely beaming with pride and clearly enjoying the
way that her previous tormentor was being talked down to.
Miss Miranda continued, “But thanks to how extra prepared we are here at Camp
Wanakorra, we have spare supplies to help girls who are too... forgetful... to list their medical
conditions. I sure hope this hasn’t happened before. Has it?” Miss Miranda shook her head
disapprovingly. “Well either way, I’m aware of it now. So we need to do something about it.
Young lady, I would like you to report to the nurse at the first aid station and receive some
protection from her, is that clear?”
All the girls besides Lexi couldn’t help themselves and burst into a fit of giggles, only
quieting slightly when Miss Miranda gave them a warning glance.
“P-protection??!” Lexi blurted out. “You can’t be serious!!?”
“Lexi, I am very serious. Just look at yourself. A girl your age should not be having
accidents like this. Now up... up... we have to strip your bed of its sheets and clean them to see if
we can save them from being stained. Now off you go, right now to the nurse’s. No dilly
dallying!”
